ASAI CRM connects directly to Claude, Anthropic's AI assistant. Ask questions about your contacts, programs, projects, and applications in plain English — and get answers from your live CRM data, in your sector's language, over a secure connection you approve once.

Connect in two minutes

Open Claude (claude.ai or the desktop app) on a paid plan, and go to Settings → Connectors.

Click Add custom connector, name it ASAI CRM, and enter: https://asaicrm.com/connector/mcp

In any chat, make sure ASAI CRM is toggled on in the tools menu — then just ask.

On Claude Team and Enterprise plans, a workspace admin may need to enable custom connectors first. Point your IT team to this page — the connection uses standard OAuth 2.1 and requires no software installation.

Built for teams that answer to auditors

The connection is authorized with OAuth 2.1 — you sign in on asaicrm.com and explicitly approve access; no passwords or API keys are ever shared with Claude. Claude sees only what the signed-in user can see: access is scoped to your organization and role, enforced at the database level, the same way it is in the app itself.

The connector is currently read-only— Claude can search and summarize your data but cannot modify it. Access tokens are short-lived and revocable: disconnect from Claude's settings at any time, and administrators can revoke access server-side.

Frequently asked questions

Which Claude plans support this?

Custom connectors are available on paid Claude plans (Pro, Max, Team, and Enterprise). On Team and Enterprise, a workspace admin may need to enable the connector before members can use it.

What can Claude see?

Exactly what the signed-in user can see in ASAI CRM — nothing more. Access is scoped by your organization and your role, enforced at the database level. Claude cannot see other organizations’ data.

Can Claude change or delete my data?

No. The current connector is read-only: Claude can search and summarize, but cannot create, edit, or delete anything in your CRM.

How do I disconnect?

Remove the connector in Claude’s Settings → Connectors at any time. Access tokens expire automatically, and your ASAI CRM administrator can also revoke access server-side.

Is this available on my plan?

The Claude connector is included with ASAI CRM Pro. Starter accounts can try it during the 30-day free trial.
