Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of ASAI CRM ("the Service"). The Service is owned and operated by AHUJAS LLC, a California limited liability company ("ASAI CRM", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. The Service

ASAI CRM is a cloud-based CRM platform serving universities, government agencies, nonprofits, and businesses. The platform provides tools for managing contacts, organizations, interactions, programs & grants, dashboards, and AI-powered insights across two products: ASAI Campus (career services) and ASAI Engage (relationship & program management).

2. Accounts & Access

Organizations can be created through self-service signup or by invitation. The first user ("Admin") of each organization may invite additional team members up to the limits of their plan.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• Each user account is for a single individual and may not be shared.

3. Plans & Payment

Free Plan: All new accounts begin with a 30-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card is required to start the trial.

Paid Plans: Starter Plan: $49 per month for 1 user. Pro Plan: $149 per month for up to 5 users. All paid plans are billed monthly via credit card. Enterprise customers may arrange custom pricing with annual invoicing.

Enterprise Plan: Enterprise pricing is custom and governed by a separate agreement.

4. Refund Policy

All payments are non-refundable. There are no refunds or credits for partial billing periods. You may cancel at any time. Upon cancellation, you retain full access until the end of your current monthly billing period, after which your account becomes read-only.

We reserve the right to issue refunds at our sole discretion on a case-by-case basis.

5. Our Responsibilities

• Availability: We will make commercially reasonable efforts to keep the Service operational, targeting 99.5% uptime for Pro and Enterprise plans.
• Data security: We implement industry-standard security measures including row-level security, encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), and role-based access controls.
• Data backups: We perform daily backups of all customer data on Pro and Enterprise plans.
• Data privacy: We will not sell, share, or use your data for any purpose other than operating and improving the Service.
• Support: We will respond to Starter and Pro support requests within 1 business day. Trial users receive community support.
• Notice of changes: We will provide at least 30 days notice before material changes to these Terms or pricing.

6. Your Responsibilities

• Use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service.
• Not use the Service to store or transmit malicious code or harmful data.
• Not reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code from the Service.
• Not resell or sublicense the Service without written consent.
• Ensure all users you invite comply with these Terms.
• Comply with all applicable laws, including where applicable FERPA, data protection regulations, and public records requirements.

7. Cancellation & Termination

Your right to cancel: You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at contact@asaicrm.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current monthly billing period. No refunds are issued for the remaining period.

Free plan cancellation by us: We reserve the right to cancel trial or inactive accounts with 30 days written notice, including for inactivity of 12 or more consecutive months or violation of these Terms. Data for expired trial accounts is retained for 90 days before deletion.

Termination for cause: We may suspend or terminate any account immediately if you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or used the Service in a way that harms other users.

Effect of termination: Your data will be retained for 90 days following termination, during which you may request a data export. After 90 days, your data will be permanently deleted.

8. Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of all data you input into ASAI CRM. We claim no ownership over your records. You may request a full data export at any time by contacting us.

9. Limitation of Liability

ASAI CRM shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding any claim.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time with 30 days notice via email and by updating the date on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Los Angeles County, California.
